What kind of a building is Hidden Gardens?  Our house is a 3700 square foot Triplex (3 units) tucked away in cozy Victoria Park. It is deceptively large and only a small portion can be seen from the road. It is for this, and our well planted gardens, that gave me the idea to name it 'Hidden Gardens at Victoria Park'

Will you Rent for less than 7 days?  We allow stays of less than 7 days, but the minimum charge is still a 1 week fee. Low turn-over at Hidden Gardens allows us to keep our rates extremely competitive, most of our past guests have stayed with us for a month or longer.

Can you walk to the beach?  Yes, its about a 30-40 min walk down Las Olas Blvd to World Class Fort Lauderdale Beach with lots of shops, bars and restaurants along the way. Las Olas Blvd, the Riverwalk and the Beach are within walking distance from the house. -We have had a couple guests stay without a car (bicycles instead) and it is do-able, but we do recommend a car while staying.

Do you have extra beds available for use in the apartment? Yes, we have Serta brand, queen-size, double-raised air mattresses (very comfy) with linens, available upon request. (additional fees for over 2 persons per unit apply, max 4 people.)

Are there Laundry facilities available?  Yes, each apartment at Hidden Gardens has its own, private washer/dryer inside the unit.

Are the outdoor sitting areas private?  Yes, each apartment has a dedicated patio or deck with tables and chairs, adjacent to the apartment. A favorite spot for morning coffee... quiet, shaded by palms and tropical plants and very peaceful, its what Hidden Gardens is all about!

Do you allow Pets? We will allow some pets in the Summer months or if you're staying for an extended period of time. We have a $5 per night fee for pets, please send a picture prior to booking, additional conditions apply.

Can we drive by and take a look?  We ask that all potential guests make an appointment with us first to view the house, and do not drive by unattended. This is for the privacy of our current guests.

Is smoking allowed?  No, for the consideration of our future guests, we ask that smokers do not smoke inside the apartment, outside only please.
